Resolving Family Conflicts Creatively

3 Fridays Starting November 7-21

This workshop will explore the complexity and dynamics of conflict, personal conflict management styles and preferences, and basic tools to imporve participants ability to manage family conflict. Participants will discuss Gandhi's principles of conflict resolution and will experience applying the principles to manage family conflict situations such as disposition of family estates, elder care decisions, and middle-age sibling conflicts. Participants will draw upon their own experiences and apply concepts to their own needs and circumstances.
