2018 Registration

The conference has reached capacity and registration is now closed.  If you were added to the waitlist, we will contact you to confirm your registration status.

Eligibility

Registration is open to staff at all levels. Please register early as the conference fills up fast!

Timeline

Registration will close once room capacity is reached.  

Registration is expected to close approximately two weeks before the conference. 

Cost

$100

Registration fees are by departmental recharge only {LOC-7digitaccount-(subaccount optional)-(project optional}

Includes a buffet breakfast and a box lunch.

Scholarships

Apply here

Scholarships are available but are limited. If your department is unable to fund the registration fee, please speak with your supervisor about applying for a scholarship and attending the conference. The scholarship application deadline is February 21, 2018. Applicants will be notified whether or not a scholarship has been awarded by February 28, 2018.  If you have any questions, please email adminconfcommittee@ucdavis.edu.

Cancellations

Late cancellations or 'no shows' will not receive a refund of fees paid. However, you can have someone else attend on your behalf.

If you choose to do the latter, the meal choice will remain the same and will not be allowed to change.

Session details

Breakout session descriptions should be reviewed prior to registration.  You will be asked to select your choice during the registration process. Due to limited space, sessions that have reached capacity will not be displayed.
